Before You Call
How far in advance should I book?
Two to three weeks ahead is ideal, especially for month-end moves. That said, we run a same-day service too — call the crew and we'll tell you straight if we can make it work.
Is the quote actually flat-rate?
Yes. Once we've confirmed the details — size, distance, access and any specialty items — the number you're quoted is the number on the invoice. No hourly surprises.
Do you provide boxes and packing materials?
We do. You can supply your own, buy materials from us, or book a full packing service and let our crew handle it start to finish.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully licensed and insured, with coverage available for high-value and specialty items on request — just flag it when you book.
Do you move outside the GTA?
Yes — our long-distance service covers all of Ontario with one dedicated crew from your old door to your new one.
